Chicken Breast

Perfect serving size, each pack includes two 4oz (approximately) breasts.  These boneless, skinless chicken breasts are easy to cook up with a lot of great flavor from being pasture raised.

When we talk about our heritage-raised chicken, we're talking about the traditional way of raising chickens.  Each of these birds is raised to 14 weeks on a diet of local grain and forage in the pasture.  Conventional chicken is bred to be raised really big, really fast and are butchered at 6-7 weeks of age.

This is chicken the way it is meant to taste and be.  No jumbo sized-franked chickens here.  These birds live a healthy life eating bugs, grasses, and grains to develop great flavor and fat.
