Lamb Sampler Bundle

Want to try a little bit of lamb find your favorite cuts?  Each bundle comes with:

• Two packages of lamb sirloin chops (2 per package)

• 1 leg of lamb (5-6 lbs, bone in)

• Two packs (16 oz each) of our ground lamb.

  
  

Our Katahdin lamb is a hair sheep breed known for its outstanding flavor.  It is high quality meat, naturally lean, with mild flavor.  They excel on the native grasses of the Flint Hills.
