Slow Cooker Starters

With the cold weather, its time to fire up the Crock Pot!  These cuts are perfect to throw in with some seasoning and let it cook low and slow all day for a delicious dinner.  

Small:  1 Chicken, 1 Chuck Roast, 1 Lamb Roast

Large: 2 Chicken, 2 Chuck Roasts, Leg of Lamb

All Salt Creek Farm beef is born and raised on our family ranch in the lush Flint Hills of Kansas.  Our Black Angus cattle forage on native grasses their entire lives with no added hormones.  They receive a local grain supplement during their finishing period to create premium marbling.  The beef is then butchered locally and the entire carcass is dry-aged for 14 days. The combination of our herd genetics, diet, and dry aging creates an exceptional product known for tenderness and flavor.

Our Katahdin lamb is a hair sheep breed known for its outstanding flavor.  It is high quality meat, naturally lean, with mild flavor.  They excel on the native grasses of the Flint Hills.

Our signature chicken is packed with flavor! This chicken is for those looking for more than your grocery chicken. We've spent years perfecting our breed, unique whole feed mix, and grazing patterns.
